陝西省西安市的鄠邑區，以前叫做戶縣，1937年這裡就建立機場。在老機場的周圍有很多烤肉店很有名，烤羊肉論斤賣，配洋蔥甜麵醬吃肉，還有免費的鮮美羊湯，最特色的是當地農家婦女做的手擀戶縣軟面，又薄又筋道的寬麵滿滿一盆，地道的陝西關中口味。這些機場烤肉店搬遷之前，夏天的夜晚甚至能一邊吃烤肉，一邊看飛機的起降，是很多人的回憶。阿星用盆吃麵，就蒜吃更美味。 Huyi District, Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province, formerly known as Hu County, where an airport was established in 1937. 烤洋蔥片，搭配烤肉，絕配。尤其，洋蔥烤了之後，具備甜味，完全不需醬汁。
