La Roche Posay 那一款有兩種，一個是藍色的條子，第二個是綠色的，我喜歡的是藍色的喔！藍色的上面是寫hydrating cream, 綠色的是寫oil control. 但我覺得藍色的更好用，綠色的用完在我臉上不太均勻。

Hi dr grace, I have been seeing a lot of comments online saying that if you use retinol at night, you need to wash it off first thing in the morning as it reacts negatively with the morning sunscreen you apply later. May I ask if this is indeed true? Normally I just wash my face with water in the morning to avoid over cleansing but because of this claim I have been washing off my retinol with foaming cleanser in the morning which makes my face drier. Is there really a need to do this? FYI I’m using Paula choice 0.3% retinol at night, followed by Paula choice 15% vitamin c and la Roche posay uvmune400 fluid sunscreen in the following morning. Appreciate your views on this. Thanks!

Thank you for your sharing. I like mineral sunscreen. However, I’m not sure why, I tried a few mineral sunscreens particularly the Korean brand, my face gets scratchy and itchy. But I’m fine with those hybrid and chemical sunscreens, or non Korean brand mineral sunscreen too.😅
