通海是玉溪東部的一個縣，雲南省唯一的蒙古族聚居地，國家級歷史文化名城。在這裡，我感受到了濃厚的歷史文化底蘊，作為雲南人的“菜籃子”，田裡的蔬菜整齊排列像用尺子量著種的。更有傳統的蔡家山銅鍋，還有美味的炊鍋菜，香脆的蔥花餅和軟糯的涼糕……每到一個地方都會有新的美食，雲南真的到處都藏著驚喜…… 有美食的地方就有溫度和故事，除了自己做美食之外，我也想向你們述說更多關於雲南的故事~ ※Click “cc” on the lower right menu to choose your subtitle language. Tonghai is one of the county in east of Yuxi. It is the only Mongol resident here in Yunnan and a national historical and cultural city. I experienced the rich historical background of the place. As the “vegetable basket” of Yunnan people, the greens in the fields are so neat that it seemed a ruler was used when planting them. I’ve also visited Caijia Mountain, which is famous for its traditional cooper pots. I had the chance to try the delicious cooper pot dishes, crispy green onion pancake and tender cold rice cakes. Each place has its unique cuisines. Yunnan is such a wonderful place full of surprises. Wherever there’s food, there will be heartwarming stories.
